As an employer, you also have the responsibility to all your employees to enforce whatever rules you have in place. I can help you in this process.
I can also help you reduce your turnover by creating a very robust, pre-employment process so that it is less likely that the ‘bad’ kids get in the door. We can walk your bad kids down the disciplinary path so that they either follow the rules or we walk them out the door & replace them with someone who fits your culture better.
I will help you put processes in place for reporting accidents, for conducting Annual Safety Refresher training & for conducting New Hire Orientation. To build a sustainable structure, you need a solid foundation.
When you have more than 3 or 4 employees, you will inevitably have conflicts. Our goal is to reduce these by creating clear expectations & enforcing policies & procedures fairly & consistently. “What you do for one, you do for all”.
